About Me
Adventures of a Nursing Mom!
I know everyone has seen this already, but I am really starting to believe it! We have been working on sleep training using the no-cry method since last week and I haven’t seen any improvement. I know it takes time, and we did also stop allowing her to sleep in our bed at the same time, so it will probably take even more time than usual, but I AM SOOOO EXHAUSTED!!!! she has literally been waking up 5-6 times a night and last night we started to wean her off nighttime feedings and she woke up at 3:30 for an hour and a half. I actually climbed in her crib with her to show her it is a safe place until she finally fell asleep. I am one tired mama today, and feeling a little discouraged.

Seriously. Even with big kids there are still wet beds and bad dreams. But baby-owners, it does get better. A lot...

She is almost 8 months and in that separation anxiety phase. I hope you are having better luck than me getting sleep!

We’re in the same boat! How old is your baby? Also at 4 months?
